Terms of Use

Effective 25 September 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Arab IPTV Player app ("App") published by Usama Rahim ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA") also applies. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails.

1. What the App is

The App is a media player. It lets you connect to an IPTV service that you choose, using details that service supplies. We do not provide, host, sell, curate, index or link to any channels, films, series, playlists, subscriptions or activation codes, and we have no relationship with any provider.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Third-party services and content

Content, availability, quality, pricing and account matters are the sole responsibility of your provider and the relevant rights holders. We don't control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for it. Some content may be unsuitable for minors. Use parental controls where appropriate.

4. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer (except where law allows), or resell the App. The App includes open-source components under their own licences, listed in the App.

5. Free app; changes

The App is free. We may update, change or stop offering the App or any feature at any time.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every provider, format or codec, or that downloads will always complete.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from third-party services or content, or from your use of them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Termination

Your rights under these terms end automatically if you breach them. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

9. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms. Questions: usama.rahim@icloud.com.
