We respect intellectual property rights. Arab IPTV Player is a media player: it does not host, store, supply, index or link to any media content. All content is supplied by the third-party service that each user connects to, and the App ships with no channels, playlists or provider addresses.
If your content is being infringed
Because we don't host content, we can't remove it from a provider's servers. The most effective action is to contact the service that is distributing the content, and its hosting provider. If you believe the App itself, its listing or this website infringes your rights, send a notice to usama.rahim@icloud.com including:
- Your name, address, phone number and email address;
- A description of the copyrighted work or trademark concerned;
- Where the allegedly infringing material appears (for example, a URL or App Store page);
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We'll review valid notices promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing material from our website or listing.
Trademarks
Arab IPTV Player isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any broadcaster, television channel, film studio or streaming service. Any third-party names or logos shown in the App come from the user's own provider and belong to their owners.
